I believe Being an Innovator is about solving real problems. As the founder of Medingen, I am on a mission to make life-saving medicines affordable and accessible across India. Through GrowPhil, my digital marketing company, I help brands scale faster, reach wider, and make a lasting impact.My journey in leadership began early serving as Alumni Secretary during school and later as Cultural Secretary in college, where I organized events, led teams, and fostered collaboration. These experiences shaped my ability to manage teams, plan strategically, and drive results.
